Riccardo Rocchi
Was born in Roma the 14th of April 1976 . He started the classical guitar’s study since he was a child and together with the guide of the Maestro Roberto Fabbri he graduated in the G.Briccialdi Conservatory at Terni. He continued studying and perfecting himself with Carlo Carfagna, Sergio & Odair Assad, Leo Brouwer, Eduardo Isaac, Eduardo Fernandez, Carlos Bonell and Eliot Fisk.
He regularly plays concerts and teaches in several classical guitar international festivals and in parallel with an intense didactic activity, he performs classical and acoustic guitars for many film musical scores, both for the cinema and the tv fiction productions.
He worked for many Italian and international award winning composers such as Franco Piersanti (Terraferma), Luis Bacalov (Elsa & Fred), Fabio Frizzi (House of Forbidden Secrets), Andrea Guerra (Il Giovane Montalbano), Marco Werba (The Inflicted), Andrea Farri (Il Clan dei Camorristi), Andre Matthias (Lost for Words) and many others. At the moment he’s also the acoustic guitarist of the Maestro Fabio Frizzi’s F2F band, playing in a cinematic show, completely dedicated to the Lucio Fulci’s horror and western film scores.
